How the Cougar Dash is calculated

Participation is based on the official student counts provided for each grade: 268 sixth graders, 249 seventh graders, and 258 eighth graders. A donor household receives one full participation credit in every grade represented by its HCMS students. The donation is still counted only once in the Friends of Hill Country campaign total.
